We understand plans change. This policy applies to all direct bookings made through this website. Bookings made through third-party platforms (Airbnb, VRBO, etc.) are subject to those platforms’ cancellation policies, not this one.
Refunds are calculated based on how far in advance of check-in you cancel:
For stays during peak season or special events (Daytona 500, Bike Week, Biketoberfest, Rolex 24 at Daytona, LPGA events, and other major local events), a stricter policy may apply. If so, the modified terms will be clearly disclosed before you complete payment and will appear on your booking confirmation.
To cancel a booking, contact us at Stay@RakuenSol.com with your booking reference number. Cancellations are effective when confirmed in writing by our team. Verbal or informal cancellations are not accepted.
Eligible refunds are processed back to the original payment method through Stripe. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your card issuer.
In the event of a government-declared emergency, mandatory evacuation order, or documented natural disaster that makes the property inaccessible or unsafe, we will offer a full credit toward a future stay or, at our discretion, a refund of the affected nights. We do not offer refunds for voluntary cancellations due to weather or personal preference.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover cancellations due to illness, injury, travel disruption, or other unforeseen circumstances. Our policy is not a substitute for travel insurance.
