When you make a booking we collect your name, email address, phone number, stay dates, number of guests, and any message you include. If you create an account we also store a hashed password or, if you sign in through a third-party provider (Google, etc.), the OAuth tokens that provider issues. We never see or store your full payment card number; that data goes directly to Stripe and never touches our servers.
We store the Stripe PaymentIntent ID tied to your booking so we can reconcile payments and handle refunds. We also store a session token in a browser cookie when you are signed in; that token expires when you sign out or the session ends.
Our hosting provider (Vercel) collects standard server logs including IP addresses and browser headers as part of normal web infrastructure operation. We also use Vercel Speed Insights, which collects anonymous Core Web Vitals data (no personal identifiers).
Your information is used to process and manage your booking, send booking confirmation and pre-arrival emails, authenticate your account, and respond to your messages. We do not use your information for advertising, sell it to third parties, or share it with any party not involved in delivering your stay.

We set one cookie: a session token issued by our authentication system when you sign in. It contains no personal information and is used only to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics cookies.
Booking records are retained for seven years to comply with tax and accounting obligations. Account data is retained until you request deletion. You may contact us at any time to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data.
You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to correct inaccurate data, or to request deletion. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at Stay@RakuenSol.com.
California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA. Hawaii residents may have additional rights under Hawaii law. We honor all lawful requests regardless of your state of residence.
If we make material changes we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
