By accessing this website or completing a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use this site or make a booking through it.
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is confirmed only after you receive a written confirmation from us and your payment is successfully processed through Stripe. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.
Rates shown are per night in US dollars and do not include cleaning fees, applicable taxes, or platform fees unless explicitly stated. The full cost breakdown is displayed before you complete payment.
Payment is charged at the time of booking unless a payment plan is offered and confirmed in writing. By providing payment information you authorize us to charge the stated amount through Stripe.
Cancellation terms are stated on the booking confirmation and the Cancellation Policypage. Refunds, where applicable, are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after cancellation is confirmed.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us first at Stay@RakuenSol.com— most billing questions are resolved within one business day, faster than the bank dispute process.
If a payment for a reservation is disputed with your bank or card issuer and the funds are returned to you (a chargeback), the reservation is no longer paid: it will be canceled, the dates released, and any right to occupy the property ends immediately. Once your stay has commenced, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for any portion of the booking; any billing concern must instead be raised with us directly at Stay@RakuenSol.com. A chargeback initiated in breach of this section is a breach of these terms, and we reserve the right to recover all amounts owed, including reasonable costs of collection, and to decline future bookings.
You agree to abide by all house rules communicated at booking and posted at the property. You are responsible for the conduct of all guests in your party during your stay. Damage to the property caused by your party may result in charges to the payment method on file.
You must be at least 25 years of age to make a booking. By completing a booking you confirm you meet this requirement.
Check-in and check-out times are stated in your booking confirmation. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request but cannot be guaranteed. Guests who overstay the confirmed check-out time without prior approval may be charged an additional nightly rate.
A separate Rental Agreement governs the terms of your physical stay at the property and is incorporated into these terms by reference. You will be asked to sign or electronically acknowledge the Rental Agreement before or at check-in.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rakuen Management Group, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or your stay at any property. Our total liability to you in connection with any booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or a booking shall be resolved in the courts of Volusia County, Florida.
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of this site or completion of a booking after updates are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
