Every property listed with Rakuen Sol must pass this 47-point quality review before it goes live, and keep passing it to stay listed. It covers three areas: safety, guest essentials, and cleanliness. Each point is verified in the unit, not assumed from a listing description. A property that fails any point is removed from the site until the issue is fixed and re-verified.
How often each point is re-checked: stocking, equipment, and cleaning points are re-verified at every turnover as part of the cleaner checklist; structural and documentation points are re-verified on a quarterly walkthrough.
Safety and Security
Verified in the unit, not assumed from an amenity list. Detector, kit, and lock checks repeat at every turnover.
- Working smoke detector in the unit, test-pressed at every turnover.
- Working carbon monoxide detector in the unit, test-pressed at every turnover.
- Fire extinguisher present, charged, and in-date, stored where the guidebook says it is.
- Stocked first aid kit, checked and restocked at turnover.
- Emergency card posted in the unit and in the guidebook: 911, building security or after-hours contact, and the operator's direct number.
- Evacuation route and exit guidance documented in the in-unit binder or guidebook.
- Secure controlled entry with per-stay access credentials: door codes rotated per guest, or building fob issued and logged at check-in.
- Working locks on every entry door and on balcony or lanai doors.
- Privacy-safe noise monitoring (decibel-level only, no cameras, no audio recording), disclosed in the listing and house rules.

- Occupancy cap stated in the listing and enforced at booking.
