Palm HAUS sits on South Ridgewood Avenue with the beach two blocks east and a few small breakfast operations within a comfortable walk. None of these are corporate. All three are on the short list we send to guests in the welcome message.
The Local Roastery
Three minutes on foot. Espresso pulled by people who care. Pastries arrive from a shop a mile north and sell out by ten on weekends. Order a flat white and ask what came in fresh that morning.
Front Porch Café
Five minutes if you walk fast. Old-Florida porch seating, a small breakfast menu that rotates with what is in season, and they remember regulars after the second visit. The eggs benedict is the move.
Beachside Brew
Six minutes including the crosswalk wait. Sand-on-the-floor surf-shop energy. Coffee is solid, not exceptional, but the location wins: pick up a cup, walk twenty steps, drink it watching the ocean.
